Training and Development

Training and development programs are Part and parcel of today’s corporate activities. While training allows employees to acquire Knowledge and skill needed for their present job, development prepares employees to keep pace with the company as it evolves and grows in the long run.

As a strong and established Security Services company in Malaysian, we strongly believed that all employees especially security guard should attend the training session either internally or externally. In simple term, training and development help employees to be better workers especially to contribute in customer’s satisfaction and company successful. This can be done by improving his skill, boosting employees’ morale at all level and also by preventing obsolescence of skill in the company.

To realize our commitment in developing the value of employees, we commit to provide intensive training continuously 3 days, which include training for security guard skills, inductions & values courses. This training would be held in our Training Center and instructed by our professional and certified trainer’s.
